Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to apply your deposit as a credit toward future services. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. If you do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. In the event of a no-call/no-show, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
