DAY SPA RETREAT
Our Purpose
It's time for us to connect to our heart center, pamper ourselves all while discovering new ways to take care of self. The event will be hosted by T. Mecca Blount, (Licensed Massage Therapist, ESTI, RP and Sound Therapist) along with Jerica Carter, (Certified Fitness Instructor, Yoga Instructor and Vegan Chef). Together we will travel the path of self care, self awareness and self love to the destination of self fulfillment. By using massage, yoga, and other healing modalities, we will rediscover why self care is crucial for our well being and when we do the work to heal ourselves, we create the opportunity for the healing to ripple out to those around us. Let's come together to connect, rejuvenate, refill our cups and inspire one another.

Your Journey with US
Upon arrival, Mecca & Jerica will escort the group to a quite grassy area near by where we will start the day with some deep breathing exercises followed by stress reducing Restorative Yoga. You will continue to relax more into your Zen state of mind with a sound bowl healing bath and meditation. After you have regain peace and clarity we will return to the spa for our workshop "How to Implement Self Care into our Everyday Lives"! This workshop will give you useful tools and ideas on way to fit self care into your busy and stressful world. Each guest will also be given a bioscans individualized wellness report that helps you make the best decision about your health and wellness. Followed by a DIY activity making “A Moment for Me” bath bombs. We will then fuel our bodies with a delish plant base dish. Next we will get Rejuvenated with chair massages and a paraffin hand treatments. We will then say Namaste with a little Rosé and yoga dance.
